Thank you for shopping with Marctic Creations. We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do I will do my best to satisfy your expectations with your purchased items.

So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I‘m here to help.

Items purchased at marcticcreations.com may be returned under the following conditions:

Contact me your return within 7 days after receiving your order. Via email (marcticcreations@gmail.com) or via Instagram messaging (@marcticcreations)

Product is shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and insure the full amount of the item. Marctic Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
